Guten Tag, ich bin Ariel.
I love editing videos and photos. I’ve been working in marketing for five years, with a strong focus on e-commerce. I specialize in developing the entire marketing strategy for new product drops and collections, from the initial concept and creative production to A/B testing and campaign optimization in Ads Manager.
Uplifting conversion over 2x by refatorating the entire website strategy, fixing images and copywriting without any paid ads or organic sharing.
A video series documenting my evolution in Hyrox, produced as professionally as I can. This project is unfinished.
Experiments in AI: prototypes, models & ideas built off the clock. Unpolished by design.

Influencer marketing is a form of social media marketing in which a brand partners with creators who already have an engaged audience to promote its products. Instead of speaking to people directly, the brand borrows the trust that a creator has built with their followers.
It can take many forms: sponsored posts and videos, product seeding and gifting, discount codes and affiliate links, long-term brand ambassadors, and creator content that the brand reuses in its own ads.
People tend to trust recommendations from the creators they follow more than they trust a brand’s own message, so influencer content works as social proof. It shows a product in a real context, used by a real person, in a format that feels native to the platform.
In my tests, I treat influencer marketing as a credibility layer, not as a stand-alone sales channel. Its job is to make people trust the brand and the product before they ever see an ad.
That credibility is what makes paid traffic work. A cold audience that has already seen a creator use and recommend the product arrives at the ad with less doubt, so the same ad spend has a better chance of turning into sales.
Since the goal is sales and not just reach, the real result of an influencer test shows up in the paid campaigns it supports.

An e-commerce whose problem was hard to see. A new drop, a focused campaign and a cleaner website doubled its weekly sales.
100%
increase in the weekly sales
A problem that did not look like a problem.
01
This ecommerce had a problem, but it did not appear to be a real one. Nothing was broken enough to point at, and that is exactly what made it hard to see.
Looking closer, three things stood out:
Each one looks like a small detail. Together, they made the store blend in with every other one.
02
A new drop. With prints that no one had done before.
Instead of polishing a saturated catalog, the answer was to change what was being sold. Prints nobody else had gave the store something the market did not already have, and a real reason for people to pay attention.
03
We also ran a marketing campaign to boost the sales, and we got a 100% increase in the weekly sales. In other words, the weekly sales doubled.
We did influencer marketing to give more authority to the brand, because people buy more easily from a brand they trust.
04
I adjusted the collections on the website, the SEO and the images.
The copywriting was also too greedy, so I decided to clean out the noise. For instance, the pages were using AI comparisons without any real value for the client.
The idea was simple: if a line of copy did not help the customer understand or choose, it did not stay.

A compression shirt for the WarDogs Collection by Apollo, built from two inspirations, a long search for the right fabric and a techpack I can share on request.
A compression shirt Brazil has never seen.
01
My objective was to create a compression shirt that Brazil has never seen.
The shirt is part of the WarDogs Collection, by Apollo.
02
I used two inspirations, one for the shape of the shirt and one for its side panels.
03
I searched for a good fabric myself. After long hours of testing, I finally got a good result.
04
However, I can only share the techpack, not the results.
The techpack is the document that describes the shirt piece by piece. The overview below is open. Every other page is locked and blurred.

Work in progressA video series documenting my evolution in Hyrox, a constantly growing sport, produced as professionally as I can.
I’m documenting my evolution in Hyrox, one video at a time.
Hyrox is a constantly growing sport, and I am documenting my own progress in it through a series of videos.
I included this project in my portfolio because my goal is to produce every video as professionally as I can, from planning and filming to editing.
It is one of my favorite projects, and I have learned a lot from it. Along the way, I am mastering Blender and Premiere.
As professionally as I can.

Hyrox is a fitness racing format: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station, such as the ski erg, sled push, rowing or wall balls.
The format is standardized, which makes progress easy to measure and a good fit for a series about evolution.

A complete strategy for any product a client wants to launch. Ads Manager is only one of its six steps.
Prove it on your own business first.
A marketing specialist must show he can do the job for his own enterprise. Only then for other people.
That is the rule behind this strategy. I did not build it in theory: I ran it on my own stores first, with my own money on the line, and these are the results that came out of it.
What advantages does your product or service have against its competitors?
Everything starts here. Before a single post or ad, we define why someone should choose this product over the ten similar ones one scroll away. If there is no real answer, the launch does not start: the product, the offer or the angle gets fixed first.
The output is a one-page brief that every later step borrows from: the promise, the proof and the audience.
Trust first. Posts do not need to go viral.
Organic content is the credibility layer. A cold visitor checks the profile before buying, and an active, honest profile answers the doubt that an ad cannot.
Every piece must have a human in it: a real person, a real face, real hands using the product. Faceless brands are easy to ignore.
Once the organic is out, we build the creatives. Content focused on conversion.
The organic posts become the base for the ads. Each creative has a hook, a clear offer, proof and one call to action, and every one is tested against the others in Ads Manager before budget is increased.
A second campaign runs on the best organic content itself, to put more eyes on the proof and build even more trust. Retargeting closes the loop with whoever almost bought.
The most crucial part of the process. Without influencers, the brand is not a brand.
Before launch, 10% of the stock is separated for influencers. Not the biggest names: medium influencers, whose audiences are engaged, who cost less to work with and whose recommendations still feel personal.
Their content works twice: it builds trust on their channel and it becomes strong material for our own ads.
Products saturate. That is a fact.
The market gets used to a product, creatives tire out, and the cost to acquire a customer climbs. The answer is not more budget on the same item, it is a new drop that adapts to what the demand is asking for.
So the next product is planned while the current one still sells. Each drop restarts the cycle from Discovery, with everything learned so far.
Only when the system works at a small size.
Scaling is the reward for the previous five steps, not a shortcut around them. Budgets go up in controlled steps, new audiences and creatives are added horizontally, and profit, not just revenue, is the number that decides how far to go.
Trust first, traffic second, scale last.
